WSOP BATTLE OF THE BRACELETS

We are a couple months away from the beginning of the 2014 WSOP.
Let's take a look at the players with more bracelets

Phil Hellmuth with 13 has a pretty good lead over Phil Ivey with 9 but it looks like Ivey could be able to beat Hellmuth in a few years from now.

The main reason is that Phil Ivey is 12 years younger that Hellmuth and in that time it seems likely for him to win at least 4 more bracelets.

Another big  reason is that Ivey is probably the best all around player out there and he is capable of winning in any poker variant while Hellmuth is a NL specialist so it looks like Ivey's chances of winning more bracelets in the future are higher than Hellmuth's.

Even if Hellmuth's style has been criticized by big names of Poker like Daniel Negreanu , he's been very succesful in winning bracelets the past few years (2006,2007,2012x2) so it looks like he might be able to win at least two more bracelets in the future.

So what do you think?  Would Ivey catch Hellmuth? If he does...when?  Is anybody capable of winning as many bracelets as this two? Let's take a quick look

Erik Seidel(8) and Daniel Negreanu(6) look like the only players capable of winning more than 10 bracelets. Negreanu is still young with 39 years old while Seidel is 54.

On the one hand Negreanu won 2 bracelets last year and in my opinion is the second player with more options to catch Hellmuth. On the other hand it's been a while since Seidel's last bracelet (2007) and with his actual age it seems unlikely for him to reach the 15-16 bracelets.

This is just my opinion...What do you think?
